There are important things about dynamic convergence in color television, such as LG 32LV2400. When the electrons enter the magnetic field that is set up within the tube neck as a result of a steady current in the deflector coil, a force that is always at the right angles to their instantaneous direction continuously changes the electrons direction of motion.
For simplicity, suppose that the deflector coil’s field is of uniform strength from one end to the other and that the field terminates abruptly at the ends of the coil. The path of an electron when passing through the field then forms an arc of a circle. On leaving the field the electron travels forward to the screen along a straight-line path. Projected backwards this straight line forms a tangent to the arc and meets the tube axis midway along the deflector coil. As far as the screen is concerned the electron beam appears to emanate from this deflection centre.
